Advanced Regenerative Therapies for Hair

A Board-Certified Dermatologist’s Framework for Hair Loss, Thinning, Greying & Scalp Ageing

Our Philosophy

Hair loss is rarely a single condition. Beneath what looks like a uniform pattern of thinning lies a spectrum of distinct biological processes — follicular miniaturization driven by androgens, low-grade inflammation around the follicle, impaired scalp microcirculation, oxidative stress, and hormonal or nutritional imbalance.

Treating hair loss well begins with identifying which of these processes is dominant in a given patient — and, more often than not, more than one is at play simultaneously.

This is the foundation of our Advanced Regenerative Therapies program. Every protocol here begins with a clinical and trichoscopic diagnosis, not a one-size-fits-all prescription, and is then built from a curated set of regenerative, cellular, and device-based therapies designed to work with the biology of the follicle rather than around it. Our aim is not simply to slow hair loss, but to actively regenerate follicular health — reviving dormant follicles, extending the growth phase, and restoring density, strength, and shine from the root outward.

Conditions We Treat

Our regenerative program addresses the full spectrum of hair and scalp concerns we see in clinic — each approached with its own diagnostic logic and treatment pathway.

Hair Loss & Thinning

An overall reduction in hair density and shaft caliber. Causes range from genetic follicular sensitivity and hormonal shifts to chronic scalp inflammation, nutritional deficiency, and cumulative oxidative stress. We begin with a trichoscopic and clinical work-up before selecting a regenerative combination.

Male Pattern Hair Loss

A progressive, DHT-driven miniaturization of follicles — recession at the temples, thinning at the vertex, and gradual convergence. The most durable results come from pairing regenerative therapies with strategies that address the underlying androgen signal.

Female Pattern Hair Loss

Typically diffuse thinning along the central part and crown, with the frontal hairline usually preserved. Drivers are often multifactorial: genetic sensitivity, hormonal transitions, thyroid function, and iron status. This calls for an individualized combination, reassessed as factors evolve.

Hair Greying (Premature Canities)

Occurs as melanocyte activity within the hair bulb progressively declines, accelerated by oxidative stress and correctable deficiencies in B12, copper, and folate. Cases with a nutritional or oxidative component respond best to systemic antioxidant support and correction.

Hair Ageing

A broader, cumulative decline — reduced shaft diameter, slower growth rate, thinning density, and altered texture — driven by follicular stem cell exhaustion and years of oxidative and environmental damage. We address this with follicle-level regenerative stimulation alongside systemic support.

Lustreless / Dull Hair

A shaft- and cuticle-level concern: hair that looks flat, rough, or brittle due to cuticle damage, protein-moisture imbalance, or an unhealthy scalp barrier. Responds well to scalp preparation therapies and vitamin-rich infusions that restore shine from the follicle outward.

Sudden Hair Loss

An acute increase in shedding — commonly telogen effluvium triggered by illness, stress, surgery, or childbirth. This is time-sensitive: the goal is to shorten the shedding phase quickly and protect follicles from progressing into longer-term miniaturization.

Dandruff & Scalp Barrier Disorders

Flaking, itch, and visible scalp inflammation that, left unmanaged, can perpetuate a low-grade inflammatory environment around the follicle and undermine regenerative treatment results. Scalp health is treated as a foundation, not an afterthought.

Our Regenerative Treatment Modalities

Every case is matched to a combination drawn from the following clinically curated modalities — spanning cellular biologics, peptide science, energy-based devices, and systemic support — selected for their evidence base and complementary mechanisms of action.

A
Cellular & Growth-Factor Regeneration

Injectable and infused biologics that work directly at the level of the dermal papilla and follicular stem cell niche, most derived from the patient’s own blood or tissue.

GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate)

An autologous concentrate prepared from the patient’s own blood through specialized processing that isolates a dense fraction of growth factors — PDGF, VEGF, EGF, and FGF — with minimal red and white cell content compared to standard PRP. The reduced inflammatory load makes it a well-tolerated first-line option for stimulating follicular density and reducing shedding.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

A well-studied regenerative standard: platelets concentrated from the patient’s own blood and injected into the scalp dermis, where they release growth factors that stimulate the dermal papilla, extend the hair’s growth (anagen) phase, and improve local microcirculation.

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)

A second-generation platelet concentrate prepared without anticoagulant, forming a fibrin scaffold that releases growth factors gradually over roughly a week to ten days rather than all at once. This sustained-release profile can extend follicular stimulation between sessions.

Exosome Therapy

Cell-free extracellular vesicles carrying growth factors, signalling proteins, and regenerative RNA, delivered to the scalp to modulate follicular signalling and reduce peri-follicular inflammation. An emerging but increasingly well-supported option for patients who prefer a non-blood-draw regenerative therapy.

Exosome-GFC (Combination Protocol)

Layers exosome infusion with GFC injection in the same session for a synergistic cellular effect — pairing the immediate growth-factor payload of GFC with the broader signalling support of exosomes.

DatExosome (Dutasteride + Exosome)

Pairs topical or targeted dutasteride, a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor that lowers local DHT activity, with exosome-based scalp therapy — combining hormonal blockade of the driver of pattern hair loss with regenerative cellular signalling in a single protocol.

Scalp Exosome

Exosome formulation delivered directly to the scalp via microneedling or mesotherapy, used both as a standalone regenerative session and as an adjunct layered onto other injectable protocols.

Regenera Activa

A same-day, in-office technique using gentle mechanical disaggregation of a tiny micro-biopsy from the patient’s own donor-area scalp to yield a concentrate rich in progenitor and stem cells, which is then re-injected into thinning areas to help restart dormant follicles — with no laboratory culturing step required.

B
Peptide & Bio-Signal Therapy

Non-blood-based biological formulations that work by signalling dormant follicular stem cells directly.

QR678 Neo

A patented, published, biomimetic growth-factor and peptide formulation delivered by fine microinjection, designed to stimulate dormant hair follicle stem cells without the use of blood products — studied in both pattern hair loss and more complex presentations such as chemotherapy-induced and PCOS-related alopecia.

Growfactor Meso

A customizable mesotherapy cocktail of growth factors, vitamins, and peptides delivered via fine, superficial microinjections across the scalp — tailored session to session to the patient’s evolving needs.

C
Device & Energy-Based Therapies

Light, laser, and mechanical technologies that improve the follicular environment and enhance the effect of injectable and topical therapies.

RedTouch Laser (Low-Level Laser Therapy)

A red-light photobiomodulation device: light in the red wavelength range is absorbed by mitochondrial chromophores within the follicle, boosting cellular energy production, easing follicular inflammation, and helping extend the growth phase — used as a structured in-office course.

LLLT (Low-Level Laser/Light Therapy)

The broader category of laser and light-based phototherapy used as a well-evidenced adjunct across nearly all our regenerative protocols, typically delivered as a structured series of in-office sessions.

flex MD (LED Phototherapy)

A multi-wavelength LED device combining red, near-infrared, and blue light to calm scalp inflammation, support seborrheic and dandruff-related conditions, and aid follicular recovery alongside regenerative injectables.

Microneedling

Controlled, fine micro-injury to the scalp that triggers the body’s own wound-healing growth-factor cascade while creating micro-channels that dramatically enhance the absorption of topical actives — minoxidil, growth factors, or exosomes — making it a near-universal complement to injectable and topical therapy.

Carboxy Therapy

Controlled, purified CO₂ gas delivered just beneath the scalp surface, which locally increases oxygen release to follicular tissue via the Bohr effect and improves microcirculation and new vessel formation — preparing a more receptive environment for regenerative treatments to work in.

D
Infusion & Delivery Techniques

Delivery technologies that determine how effectively active ingredients reach the follicle.

Mesotherapy

The foundational technique of delivering diluted vitamins, minerals, peptides, and growth factors via superficial, multi-point microinjections directly into the scalp’s mesodermal layer — the delivery method underlying several of our signature cocktails.

Jet Peel Serum Infusion

A needle-free, high-pressure oxygen-jet technology that infuses peptide, vitamin, and growth-factor serums directly into scalp tissue without a single injection — combined with gentle exfoliation, and especially well suited to needle-averse patients.

Scalp Threads (PDO Threads)

Fine, biodegradable polydioxanone threads placed beneath the scalp, which mechanically and biochemically stimulate local collagen synthesis and blood flow around follicles as they gradually dissolve over several months — an adjunctive regenerative technique layered alongside injectable therapy.

E
Systemic & IV Regenerative Support

Because follicular health is inseparable from overall physiology, several of our protocols work from the inside out.

Regenerative IV Drip

A physician-formulated intravenous infusion of amino acids, B-complex and biotin, minerals, and antioxidants that supports follicular metabolism systemically — particularly indicated where sudden shedding is linked to nutritional deficiency or acute physiological stress.

Gluta IV

Intravenous glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant, supporting cellular detoxification and reducing the oxidative stress that contributes to both follicular ageing and stress-induced shedding — used as part of systemic recovery protocols.

Cyclical Nutritional Therapy

A structured, cycle-based nutraceutical protocol addressing iron, vitamin D, zinc, biotin, and thyroid-related deficiencies that commonly underlie chronic thinning — built from diagnostic lab work and followed over sustained cycles for compounding benefit.

F
Scalp Health & Preparatory Care

A healthy scalp is the foundation every regenerative protocol is built on.

Scalp Peel

Superficial chemical or enzymatic exfoliation that clears follicular buildup, excess sebum, and dead skin, priming a healthier scalp environment and improving the penetration of every regenerative treatment layered on top of it.

Dandruff Treatment

A comprehensive protocol combining medical-grade topical antifungals and keratolytics with scalp peels and LED/LLLT to control Malassezia overgrowth, flaking, and itch — conditions that, left untreated, quietly undermine regenerative results.

Curated Regenerative Protocols

Certain presentations respond best to a specific, sequenced combination of therapies rather than any single treatment in isolation.

Sudden Hair Loss Protocol

Combines rapid systemic support with local follicular stimulation to shorten the shedding phase and protect follicles from progressing into longer-term thinning:

  • GFC: delivers concentrated growth factors to support follicles under acute stress
  • Regenerative IV Drip: corrects underlying nutritional and physiological deficits systemically
  • Exosome Therapy: modulates follicular signalling and calms the inflammatory response
  • Gluta IV: reduces the oxidative stress load contributing to acute hair fall
Male Pattern Hair Loss Protocol

A layered approach pairing immediate regenerative stimulation with sustained-release cellular support:

  • GFC: provides an immediate, concentrated growth-factor stimulus to thinning areas
  • PRP: extends the growth phase and improves microcirculation to the follicle
  • Exosome-GFC: adds broader cellular signalling support alongside the growth-factor payload
  • PRF: sustains growth-factor release over days between sessions
Female Pattern Hair Loss — An Individualized Approach

Female pattern hair loss is rarely managed with a single fixed combination. Because its drivers — hormonal transitions, thyroid status, iron levels, and genetic sensitivity — vary considerably from patient to patient, we build a personalized sequence from across our full regenerative toolkit, revisited and adjusted as hormonal and nutritional factors evolve over the course of treatment.
